Apollo demo browsers are available for each species using the Tutorial and Demo pulldown menu. The username and password are the same for all species (username: aganimal_demo_guest and password: aganimal_demo). Logging in to any of the demo browsers with these account credentials will allow you to do everything that a registered user can do in a non-demo browser (read, edit, create and export annotations). The differences compared to the non-demo browsers are that 1) the annotations created in the non-demo browsers are not visible in the demos (and vice versa) and 2) in the demo browsers your annotations may be deleted by others. For example, in order to do the tutorial example using the Sus scrofa demo browser, you may need to delete any existing annotations at that gene locus.
